New effort against the Lisbon Treaty

Bela KovacsJobbik's Foreign Affairs Committee welcomes the new initiative for a campaign against the Lisbon Treaty that was discussed at a recent meeting in Wien, Austria by known and successful radical European parties.

The current practice by EU leaders and organisers is outragous, completely ignoring the decision of millions of Irish and ignoring the Democratic traditions of Europe.

As the Lisbon Treaty will obstruct national suverinity, the fight against

the Treaty is one of the most important pillars of Jobbik's foreign policy. Jobbik shares the opinion of those European, Swiss and Russian parties attending the conference in Wien.

Jobbik will campaign against the Lisbon Treaty in Hungary as the government made a dictatorial decision when - firstly in Europe - accepted the Treaty without considering the opinion of the Hungarian public.

President
Foreign Affairs, Jobbik
